USACE, EUCOM partner to renovate special needs facility in Estonia
The Herbert Masing School Special Needs School is receiving a facelift courtesy of the U.S. European Command's Civil Military Operations Program and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District. The $400,000 renovation project, funded by EUCOM and managed by USACE, includes the renovation of the existing four-story structure, demolition, repair and replacement of exterior and interior finishes, renovation of the existing basement and restrooms, construction of new kitchenette, replacement of fire rated interior doors, heating and ventilation systems for the restrooms and new addition, and electrical system upgrades for the existing basement and new addition.
